The fried pickles were undercooked and a bunch were stuck together. They also shorted us some sauce, which is always fun to discover once you are five miles away. It’s a typical Zaxby’s, but they need to get their act together.

i ordered a plain chicken sandwich, large fries with extra seasoning and got a large peach tea. the chicken sandwich pattie was probably 3 inches long and an inch wide so it took up maybe half of the bun. the fries had no seasoning at all and were cold. the peach tea was good tho. id say DO NOT go to this zaxbys. Also the bathroom smelled like someone peed in the floor and it just never got cleaned up

The food has been great every time I have been in, but wow the service is slow and the staff is disappointing. The staff are just not that friendly and take forever to get to the people waiting in line to dine in. Not a smile or hello, just “what do you want” and that’s it.

Good food and super friendly service this visit. Acceptably clean but not pristine. However, the Coke Freestyle was out of a lot of product and we had to get the drive thru team to refill our drinks. Ketchup pump was also empty. Food was a bit slow to come out but was prepared as ordered and cooked just right. Wish that owners would replace high chairs with something more secure, better safety straps.

If out, my son will only eat from a few select places. From here he only eats the loaded fries, no bacon. Because sadly, no matter what Zaxby’s you go to, their chicken tenders are always even to salty salvage with a drink or side

Is this really the size of the chicken fingers at this location(middle 2)? If so, prices need to drop. Don’t charge me full price for a 5-finger chicken plate and skimp me on 2 of the them. I Should’ve checked at the window, but just assumed they wouldn’t intentionally put 2 2-in long fingers in the bag.

My first experience here was ok… I didn’t expect the ‘chicken fingers’ to be “finger” size lol I found that funny tbh. There was entirely too much salt on the fries, I put some in the trash. My second time at this location deserves a 5 star review because I ordered no salt on my fries and as for the chicken fingers , I just ordered more. Yup it was the best and I’ll be back here for more!!

This place has hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Carrollton GA. The girl on the drive through speaker cut me off, talked over me, and then had her “manager”, who is also a joke, hand the the rest of my food to me because I didn’t wanna be overly nice after she just copped an attitude with me honestly they need to just shut this place down. I only keep going because of the salads but jeeze, how long do you get to abuse your clients before you go broke because nobody wants to deal with the staff.
