Great place! I had the chicken fingers with fries. First off, the people behind the counter are very friendly and full of life…they look like a party just started when I walked in. I came right before closing, and the employee said not a problem—just sit down and enjoy. The atmosphere is inviting and not too bright…love that! It was very comfortable and the food was hot and fresh. Wonderful experience for my first time going to Zaxby’s! 🙂

The GM Mr. John was absolutely amazing. He took our order, which of course the food was fresh and delicious, but he also gave us sauce motos and taught us about the app and how to use it. I have never in my life encountered such a friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable service worker at any other fast food restaurant.

Love our Zaxby’s! This location always has great service. Normally we get the grilled chicken sandwiches (be prepared to repeat if you are getting just the sandwich or the meal). This time we tried a platter of Zack fingers and were deliciously surprised. Great value, too.

They never get orders right. They are bad about not giving your drink though the drive thru. They are known to give customers cold fries. The manger,He is so rude about a remake. He will yell at his employees like he does his customers. There was 4 customers that walked out saying he was wrong. And should not be talking so loud saying he is always right. They told me that they will never return to this location. I agree.
