I haven’t had Fazolis in years! We needed lunch asap. We went through the drive-thru. The employee was very professional, attentive, and precise. (Around 2pm) We had a full afternoon of a family meeting due to my dear daddy passing away, a week ago. We ordered a large spaghetti with extra meat sauce, add meatballs and mushrooms. A small fettuccine Alfredo add mushrooms, 6 breadsticks, and a chicken carbonara. Everything was very fresh! The only complaint is that if you want all your pasta to have sauce, add EXTRA. Other than that, it was very good . Olive Garden is beneath Fazolis, in my opinion.

Well usually it’s spectacular everyone is so friendly and today they were as well but the person that brought out the food forgot to bring cheese. The person that was working the dining area we told that they forgot to bring the cheese at they went from cleaning the trash cans and ran back to grab the cheese and grater it was less then 1 minute so there is no way they washed their hands. The grater kept getting clogged they touched our food multiple times with it as well as took the cheese out of the grater multiple times flipping the cheese over and blowing into it and banging it to get out the clog all with no gloves on. We aren’t confrontation and the person is elderly so didn’t say anything but I definitely don’t think that is how it should have been done. The staff is trying very hard and I felt like they cared which is rare these days. I felt like the portions were smaller than the last time I ate there. The bread sticks were very delicious today. It’s cheaper Italian food, so I don’t have that high of expectations. I had the lunch combo $7 two servings of lasagna, soda, and those yummy bread sticks. I did see several people had salad (one option of your two choices when ordering the lunch combo) that probably would’ve been healthier. 🙂

There is a girl there named Alia. She is training to be a manager currently. She was being extremely rude to an employee because the employee forgot to restock the ranch packets. This employee I see on the bus from time to time. She has a disorder to where she gets side tracked. She’s letting me share this information. But this girl who is training to be manager was being extremely rude not only to her but other employees in front of Customers and being rude to customers . I’m in a manger position at a different place. Word of advice if youre stressed out being an in-store employee because of the job then the jobs not for you and being a manger can and will be more stressful. I am not going to order from here when she’s working. I don’t feel like having my food thrown around and then seeing it and the box being crushed. My fiance has a mental disability and she made him really nervous and he didn’t want to be there any longer.

Place is quiet and clean. They even brought out more bread sticks, something most Fazoli’s have stopped doing. Dropping a star for the food because of the drinks. No fresh tea, only the gross fountain tea. Not many options other than pop and sugary fruit punch or lemonade.

I was not able to get her name because once I decided wanted it she was in the back. The girl basically threw our plates on the table and said “here,I don’t know where these go than rolled her eyes at my daughter when she asked for breadsticks for 2nd time and made a comment to another employee that this was her 2nd time getting breadsticks. The people behind us overheard us talking about how rude she was and said she was rude to them them as well. Next time we are in Evansville we will def pick a diff location. The food was great but service and atmosphere were hoorible
