My pizza was burnt. The cheese was not cheesy I asked for extra cheese and did not get that. My pizza had a bug in it . And when I called the people who worked there was very unprofessional very unpleasant and rude . They would not give me a refund when I asked until I already decided to throw the slice away . Then offered and took long and never asked me for my card info for the refund. I asked for a half of cheesesteak and instead they gave me a whole knowing I said half and agreed as if they would give me one. The tomatoes on my salad tasted old and were extremely soft . 0/10 do not recommend!! I also asked for a fruit punch instead they gave me grape soda when that is not what I asked for. Do not eat here it is not worth your money I spent a total of $35 for my food to not be prepared as I asked.

I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and received 1 large and 1 medium. I called back to the store they requested pictures, I sent the pictures and they became very rude and hung the phone up. I order from them every weekend, so this was very disappointing

I placed an order for delivery and the employee that delivered my food would not bring my food to the door. He expected me to come to his car to get my food. I called the carry out and the other employee told me “All customers know this policy” I’m a customer and I was unaware so that’s not fair to say. The driver told me to look at his new car and that is was recently stolen….Don’t offer delivery if you’re not going to fulfill the service. Unacceptable.

Lombardi’s is a good time. So far, I’ve only done carryout. Most recently, I had the large Ceasar salad with grilled chicken and an order of the 6pc party wings with the honey garlic flavor with the trash jalapeño dipping sauce. The salad was good, but if I’m being honest, the chicken was cooked a bit too long for me. Some pieces were a bit tough. The party wings, however, were absolutely on point. I look forward to trying other items in the futire.

I frequent this location often. Today I order the same thing that I order any other day. Which is a larger pepperoni pizza well done. The pizza today was horrible, the crust was burnt, they added too much cheese which if not cooked properly gives off a uncooked cheese taste. Just disgusting and don’t think I’ll get pizza from here again

It’s the best food place , serving American and Pakistani food , so delicious, butter chicken , Daal makhni, pizza , wings , and burger subs all so perfect . Love to have Lombardis restaurants in Baltimore. Prices are reasonable, beautiful sitting, lots of parking, especially bread Naan is # 1.
