I have been trying to give this new spot a chance bc I am sure it’s hard training staff etc but I must say on this 3rd visit I am sooo disappointed. My husband had boneless lemon pepper wings and they were completely buried in lemon pepper seasoning as if the top came off while sprinkling. I had bone in honey siracha and the skin was disgustingly rubbery and chewy . The fries were tough, stale and obviously reheated in oil that needed to be changed. Then to top it off we both received flat Sprite to drink. There wasn’t a phone number to call and calling inside of Chili’s did not get me anywhere.

Once again, ordered to go tonight and the meal my husband picked up was not complete. I ordered the 3 chicken tacos with rice and beans…got the 3 tacos but no beans and no rice!!! What does it take for Chili’s to service check the meals to go???

Lousy customer service, was told I had to order online, while there I tried numerous times, I asked the girl to just take my order, she said they only took orders online, but while I was still trying to get in on she was taking an order from a guy standing there with me. A manager finally took my order, but when I got home is wasn’t my order, took it back, the same girl said was my order that she did take it she wasn’t the one that took the order. BAD management will not go back.

This is in a chillis. Both flavors we got were nothing special. I was expecting a new wings place but it’s pick up at the chillis. Prob won’t go back. There other wing places way better.
