This location is filthy! The employees are loud, unruly, dancing, wrestling, cursing, playing rap music, hollering, playing inside & outside the entrance door with each other and are completely out of control. The “manager” leans against the wall, never had control of the workers and even played with the workers while I was there. She’s a very short lady and they’re all bigger and taller than her, towering over her. Maybe that’s why she has no control. And the food was disgraceful!! Totally below standards for PH brand. I had a large 3-topper (which was made as 2 instead). I dared not complain for fear of a nasty item being added to a re-make..yes, the pizza bad, the place filthy & workers were nasty (acting & looking) JUST LIKE THAT!! This was the afternoon/evening time so buyer beware!

Do not recommend this place. Just go half mile down to papa John’s. This place is a joke. Rude staff, dirty place inside. Not sure how this place stays open. Have had bad experiences every single time I’ve ordered. Dominos and papa John’s are the best.

Food has always been pretty decent from there. However I just attempted to order a pizza that has a discount on the app and the website and for some reason, the lady on the phone explained to me that they don’t have the same “deals” that are listed on site or app in their particular store… which still doesn’t explain why I couldn’t get their location to come up for a carry out order on either the app or the website but it brought up the location fine when I put in my address for delivery… and that was BEFORE I had even put in my order. I get there are differences with some things because of franchising and all that but I feel like they should make more of an effort to get on the same page with the website and app…. And not to mention, this is after the last time I called that branch to place an order, it sent me to some National call center and the lady asked me what location I was picking up from and I said “Trussville” and she asked what state, I was like, “umm, Alabama?” Seems they are having a number of issues there.

We purchased one of the new XL pizzas; it was ok. I just thought it would taste different. The deep-dish and cheesesticks were good. Food was ready in the time frame I was told. Staff notified me the Pepsi wasn’t cold and gave me the option of getting something else, which I really appreciated. The building was clean and even the fellow customers were polite. Overall, it was a great visit.

“Yess!” Don’t u just love it when things work out in ur favor… Papa John’s was selling a waaay over priced large 1 topping pizza for carryout ($17). Went out back to Pizza Hut, got a large 3 topping for $11!

This is the best quality/taste pizza hut in the world, hands down. Exceptionally friendly staff as well. They don’t get the 5 star because they never square cut my thin crust, even though everytime I request it in the spot that says “square cut”. They even tell me when I walk in they didn’t cut it right…

I ordered on doordash at 9 p.m.. I get it, I’ve worked in a kitchen before, sucks to get a late order. The poor dasher got there and was nicely telling me that they don’t have anything I ordered… In total confusion I asked “what does that mean?” She basically said they have no stuffed crust, cinnamon sticks cheese sticks, and “pretty much everything else”. All while the pizza hut worker was shouting in the background at her…. I gave a 3 star because I’ve had one meal before here and it was perfect. Also seems like there are similar occurrences…. Maybe it’s time to regroup on management? Just a thought.
