This is one of the few pizza places that will deliver to us, being on the edge of their delivery zone. They’ve always gotten the food here warm, and fixed any issues we’ve ever had with delivery. The deep dish pizza is incredible. We appreciate you guys.

It’s evident that customer service and and common decency is not a top priority for this location. On the evening of the 22nd I placed and online order which said my pizza should be ready at approximately 5:20pm, I go to pick up my pizza just shortly after 5:20 and am told it will be another 5-6 minutes no big deal I understand. 5-6 minutes comes and goes then another 15-20 minutes pass and I’m starting to wonder if they had to go milk the cow to make the cheese. I get their attention and ask again how’s my pizza coming along, once again I’m told to wait 5-6 minutes and it should be out. I was handed my pizza just after 6pm and didn’t even get an apology just here’s your pizza, 40 minutes after it said it should be ready and you act like it’s my fault. I understand mistakes happen, so communicate with your customer. Honestly some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time, you may have just lost a loyal customer.

We just ordered 2 pizzas with breadsticks and boneless wings for delivery tonight. The order was delivered 30 minutes after the expected delivery time, everything was cold, and it was the missing blue cheese that I had to pay $1 extra for. Never doing that again.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. An hour later I called to see how much longer it would be. I was told the order was “voided” as there was not a Doordash driver available and they didn’t have a delivery person. It would have been nice to gave been called and told this!!

I usually order the pick 2, salad and Detroit style pizza. The salad is big enough for 2 and the ranch dressing tastes homemade. The pizza is consistently cooked just right, a bit crispy and the toppings are great. I don’t know what this Jet’s does differently than other Jets locations, but the quality is so much better. My experience at other locations doesn’t come close to this store. Keep up the great work !

After waiting for 50 minutes past promised delivery time, order was incomplete. Jets tried to offer a credit for next visit, but we won’t be back. I asked for a refund to my credit card, hopefully that actually happens. This is not the first time it has happened. I understand long delivery times especially with shortages of staff, but it’s quite unacceptable to not have a complete order. Over priced for the quality.
