I’ve done Taco John’s in other states, so I knew what was coming in terms of the food – six pack and a pound for the kid and I, chicken for the daughter and the tatchos for my wife. The place was pretty busy and on a short crew and they still turned out nice hot food and were friendly. Really, I can’t complain – they did a good job with how busy they were and with the staffing level they were at. I’m sure it had to do with the fact this was on a Tuesday and few restaurants seemed to be open at lunchtime.

I recently had them for the first time and I have to say it was pretty good. There was a bit of a wait but only because they were cooking fresh chicken. My tacos were hot and full of toppings with huge chicken chunks.

Well if you like Taco Bell… you will probably like this a little bit less, But! It’s still not bad just don’t eat a lot of it and you should be fine :))

Food was mid. The tacos were decent. We got a super nacho that had some stale chips, hoping they weren’t as old as they tasted. The potato oles must be fried with the fish, because they tasted like fried fish.

Ordered Steak Street Tacos combo with Large Ole’s and Shrimp Street Taco trio. These things were amazing. Lots of filling, full of flavor and the Ole’s were Hot and Fresh. Great job Hot Springs TJ!! You are the bomb!!

For a small town that’s usually known for its friendliness, this place was like walking into a morgue. Not a smile or a friendly hello in the batch. The food was typically for TJ’s tho.

The Taco John’s in Hot Springs blew in out of the park. The crew working on 7/16 were quick and efficient with our order.
