Lakes of Tuscana apartment complex had these guys set up the food truck for a day last week. I had a few pastor tacos. Hands down some of the best tacos I’ve had, definitely the best in recent memory. This will have to become on of my regular spots now. The tortillas I honestly wasn’t sure if they were hecha a manos but they were great and the fact that I’m even questioning if they were is a good sign!

Delicious steak burrito!!! The carnitas and pastor are popular as well. My burrito was grilled and crispy with plenty of cheese. I will be back!
