I just had them for the first time today. Loved the different options for patty’s for veggie burgers. I got to meet the owner and he was amazingly friendly and helpful. I ordered the black bean garden burger for the veggie-sarus lex with tots and it was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked and delicious. The ranch is house made and I love my ranches and judge them harshly and this ranch was absolutely amazing probably some of the best I have had. I will definitely be eating here more.

As a dinosaur kid at heart who grew up watching the Jurassic Park movies, when I had heard there was a dinosaur themed burger restaurant I knew I had to try their food, at least once. It took me a lot longer to come in than I had wanted to, but money is money. Luckily, I had won a contest in which I (and a friend) got a free burger and some fries/tots. I was very pleased with the results, in a way I’m glad that I had waited as long as I had. The food hall wasn’t busy in that time, so I was able to enjoy my food happily with out the feel of being rushed or crowded. As for the burger itself, it was one of the best burgers I have had. The bun was super soft but keeps its shape and doesn’t fall apart while eating. Every ingredient was fresh, you could taste it in each bite. From the crisp lettuce, crunchy onions and ripe tomatoes to the seasoned meat itself. Nothing tasted as if it was on the line for days, or had been sitting in it’s own juices for days. The meat was juicy and flavorful without the hassle of being greasy or too messy. My partner and I both ordered the tots with our burgers, they were perfectly golden fried on the outside while still being fluffy and soft on the inside. Their ranch is very good. I am very picky when it comes to ranch, and I mean extremely picky, this ranch is very good. The experience that I had while eating here was a lot of fun. I will be very happy to come back and try out their other delicious sounding products, especially their fried chicken sandwich. Definitely give this place a shot, it is worth it. From one dinosaur kid to the others, my expectations were blown through the roof when I came here. From the puns to the dinosaur items they have on display, it is what any dinosaur nerd would have wanted as a kid. As a local chef/line cook, these are worth every penny that is spent on them.

This was our second time there. We waited 20 minutes for our burgers and fries on the first visit, but the food was good. Today, we ordered 2 burgers and fries and were given a pager with our order number. The place was fairly empty when we arrived, and there was no line for the register. After 30 minutes and seeing several other people who ordered after us eating their burgers, I went up to check on our order. The woman working the grill couldn’t find the printed ticket or the order in the register system and said, “We lose orders all the time.” She said they would make our order in 15 minutes and add onion rings on the house. I went back up after 15 minutes: there were 3 patties on the grill covered in frost, so they had just been taken out of the freezer. Fries were already cooked in the basket. No onion rings in sight. I waited another 5 minutes as the grill cook struggled with putting condiments on some buns. Finally, my spouse was tired of waiting and asked for our money back. The grill cook wanted to know what our order number was and asked for our printed ticket. When I said I didn’t have a paper receipt, just the pager with the number, she was flippant, and said, “Well, it was your choice not to print it!” My spouse told her this was no way to run a business, and she said, “This isn’t my business! I just work here!” I told her I worked as a short order cook for 2 years without a ticket system and never lost an order, and she was flippant and said, “Good for you! Why are you getting so upset?!” We asked for our money back, but she still had no idea what we ordered, so we had to tell her again, then remind her of the additional charges for cheese and extra sauce. Finally we got our money back and left. The other woman who was working behind the counter was pleasant and doing her best under the circumstances.

Said they lost our order. Waited 45 minutes. People that ordered after us were served first. We’re told they lose orders all the time. But you are only as good as your staff. Will not come back again and will discourage other to do so as well.
