Great breakfast had Rancho eggs. The food was made very, very good and with hand-made tortillas. The service was nice and friendly. Definitely would go back if i’m in this area again. The only downside is no coffee, but they have fresh water and soda.

Todo estuvo delicioso! This food truck had so many options to choose from and everything was sooo good! We tried the quesadillas (homemade tortilla), tacos, the burrito. I had the tacos (chicken (shredded), fajita, pastor) and was very happy with my meal. They have tables for you to sit and enjoy you meal in their nice little patio. The staff was super nice to us as well; the food came out quick. 10/10 this place is a must try!

I finally had a chance to try the breakfast tacos at Sofy’s. I had the loaded taco with beans, eggs, cheese, and bacon. I believe that the tortillas are hand-made and not purchased from a nationwide vendor. The tortillas also seemed fluffier compared to other tortillas offered by the chains nearby. The bacon was surprisingly still crispy even after the drive to the office yet not over cooked. The hot salsa was a great addition to the taco. It definitely had some bite but wasn’t too spicy. I would have liked the other ingredients to stand out a bit as they seemed to play a lesser role in the overall flavor.

The service experience was . The Pastor tacos were less than average . They had an odd consistency about them. Not quite the flavor I expected. The green salsa was frozen. There are outdoor tables . A lot of flies . A lot of people came and went. I personally wouldn’t come back. ✌️

This was my 1st Time visiting this taco truck. Before I even comment on the food.I want to comment on the Owner and the other gentleman that was in the food truck with her I did not catch his name.and there was another gentleman there that was eating outside I did not catch his name. he had kindly brought my drinks to me. Everyone was so warming and welcoming. The owner is so sweet and down to earth I just love her spirit. Now on to the review about my food lol. I ordered three breakfast tacos one potato egg and cheese and two bacon egg cheese and beans. All three were very fulfilling a nice fulfilling size. The tortillas are so homemade you can smell them. I love homemade tortillas. This is real authentic and they have a NEW customer now. I hate I live across town but when I am on this side I definitely will make a point to stop.AND SHES OPEN ON SUNDAY

Chilaquiles Verde came with 3 eggs made to order. The Chilaquiles had a good kick to them. The beans were my favorite, good texture and great flavor. Bacon was crisp. The potatoes were simple and soft. The mango drink was authentic. The food was very hot and fresh and came out fast. The folks were kind enough. Comfortable place to eat outside if you choose to stay. $11.50 for the plate and drink.
