I am typically a fan of this Dairy Queen establishment but I had the misfortune of a disappointing visit today. I am a chicken tender basket main on any other day, but today I decided to try something new. I ordered a regular size of the rotisserie chicken bites and for $6 I received 6 tiny nuggets. The pricing of this item, among others, is absurd. They tasted alright but not good enough for the price. My colleague ordered the 6 piece tender basket and he did not receive his honey mustard, or any sauce for that matter. Careless mistakes like these, especially when the restaurant is empty, leave a foul taste in my mouth. Additionally, the customer service today was subpar, sometimes better sometimes worse. The employee who handled our order was not very friendly. The next time I return to this establishment I will stick to the tendie basket instead of wasting my money on some measly nuggets.

On 6/15/23, I was purchasing an ice cream cone in the drive – thru, and witnessed an employee by the name of Donna being very loud and aggressive to another employee, that was working the drive -thru (at 4:30p.m) The young man was very professional and polite! Donna on the other hand, was yelling and screaming at the young man, being very unprofessional and overly aggressive!! The young man handled her behavior very respectful and remained calm and professional. I have also reported this incident to Dairy Cream’s Cooperate Customer Service!!

Tempted to give 1 star. The blizzards are often not mixed enough, so about halfway down, they are just plain vanilla ice cream. I’ve tried a few times, and once in a while they’re ok, but more than not, they are mediocre at best.

Late night snack, so tasty. So many tasty flavors to select from. If blizzard are not your thing, they have shakes, sundaes and even have grill items at this location. Burgers chicken nuggets, fries . Service was very fast and very friendly staff.
