I decided to give Bolay another shot after avoiding it for a few years in hopes that they’ve made positive changes in their food but it’s still underwhelming and overpriced. The shrimp wasn’t cooked well and was slimy, the rest of my meal was essentially flavorless/ bland. Also, the bathrooms are really gross. Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly though.

I got to Bolay to pickup my mobile order today and it was not ready. Staff was so accommodating to explaining what happened and gave me a drink and a five dollar off discount card for my troubles. It was so thoughtful because I would have been fine without it but it definitely made the experience a positive one and showed I am appreciate it as a customer..

I love the food here but not fond of the recent changes, seems they wont let you swap certain stuff like they used to, food and service is always great but they used to let you swap protein for veggies etc, not sure why that changed. Food is still good and will still be back but i hope it doesn’t change too much from how they used to operate.

I’ve come here on two occasions and they don’t ever have the treiaki chicken prepared. Today I called before coming in and asked if they had it ready and after replying yes, they did not have it ready. They need new kitchen staff or management because this is the only location I have ever had this issue. Not to mention they offer nothing for the inconvenience or frustration

I was very disappointed when I went to a Bolay in Jupiter today after not having a visit at this location in quite a while. Very disappointing to see that they have changed things. The entire reason that I go to Bolay is because I am a plant-based diet and I love the veggie selections and it seems they have chosen to get rid of most of the veggies and add on more protein instead, so I probably will not be coming here anymore, once again, very disappointed, you would think that with most people leaning towards a plant-based diet that they wouldn’t make these changes. It is bad for business obviously because the parking lot is empty.
