If I could give negative stars I would. 2% of time they do a good job 98% of time they don’t care about you at all, 100% of time they won’t pick up the phone and keep you on hold obviously in hopes you’ll hang up eventually. Tonight I ordered at 11pm, stores delivery hours are until midnight. I understand this was later in the evening but the tracker was kept at prep until they closed and the order was never delivered with no communication that the order I paid for would never arrive. 0/1 million stars if possible. Need a refund immediately.

I made a order for 3 bbq bacon chicken bites and was reluctant on even ordering because of the reviews.. I’m glad I did because my order was within the timeframe and I got it within 35 minutes. Not only that my driver saw that I was in a hotel and brought me plates and napkins along with some extra ranch that when I ordered a couple. I’ve order this kind of chicken from several different dominos around the country since I travel for work and all 3 of these were made by someone who actually cared. Sauce on all of it and cheese and not a bunch of small pieces with alot of it burnt like most dominos I ordered at. I was also reluctant to order because the last 3 nights I ordered stuff for me and others the driver forgot part of the order then the restaurant didn’t want to answer the phone. When I saw the reviews I thought this place was going to do the same thing if I had a problem. I thought there is a problem with all these places in this town and wanted to give up ordering food while I wait on my truck to be fixed. Thanks for the good food and service and thanks Jason for going above and beyond as a driver.

They make the ultimate pizza and pasta for dinner for me every week. I am in love with the stuffed cheese bread and lava cakes. The app makes ordering so fun and easy. Dominos also has easier ways to order their food by tweeting or texting them. How convenient! This location always delivers on time and insure I am a happy customer.

Notice how the response to all these reviews is we aim to deliver a 5-star experience? and yet it keeps happening? I order from this place. They deliver twice an evening, from what I understand, regardless of how many orders come in. I’m sitting here after watching my pizza be done, then the order go out, but not come to me, then the delivery driver go back to the store. I’ve been waiting a long time–over an hour and a half. Oh well. This is NOT on the workers there. They are overworked. This is on management not hiring/paying their workers to come on and retain workers.

My girlfriend has been waiting on her food for about 4 hours and we ordered our food online and was going to pay cash but who ever was working there that night they lied to us saying that we is in front of the line to get our food re delivered sense we waited that long but now they going to tell us our location is not in they district but they told me that they was going to deliver it it’s sad that we have to wait that long just for them to lie to us abt it and my girlfriend tried to order it again online and they kept telling us that the domion’s on patton is our store we should get our food from all they do is lie about the food delivery. I wouldn’t advise nobody to order from here and my girlfriend been using the same address for the past 3 days and then on the 3rd day they can’t deliver to our address

They took an extra $5 off my card as a driver tip. They were told they didn’t have permission to do this and needed to refund my money. It’s been almost a month and all they’re capable of doing is giving me free pizza coupons. They’re also incapable of completing a delivery in less than 2 hours. I’m a 5 minute drive away and have never received a pizza in less than 2 hours. That’s pathetic. This is a terribly managed dominos I highly suggest getting food from anywhere else.
