Long story short, after ordering two different breakfast combination meals, my large coffee ☕️ lid was not on properly so it spilled on me and into my car. I told the manager what happened because I couldn’t go inside. After all, the doors were locked so I had to wait at the drive-thru. I explained to the manager about what happened and requested a replacement due to their fault, she gave me a hard time about the replacement unit I mentioned speaking to her GM, that’s when she gave me a small size replacement instead of the larger which I paid for, SMH!!!! I won’t be visiting that location anytime soon.
