Ugh. My first time here. Was excited about having a coffee and pastry place close by. But ended up being disappointed. Place was empty. There were 2 older couples dining in, no one in line. Took a few minutes to get service. Ordered coffee and breakfast. Took about 5 minutes to get our order. Everyone was in the drive thru. One lady was complaining about the customer, one was saying it was time for her to get off work. Overall it wasn’t a friendly or inviting environment. Maybe it was the lighting? Or perhaps the wages they were paying the crew? Idk. Either way, coffee was great, food was not. Sorry Canada.

Stopped in on a rainy day. I got a blueberry muffin and a hot caramel latte. Both were delicious. There were 2 girls at the counter that waited on us and they were very sweet and helpful! Very pleasant experience.

Ordered a simple iced capp supreme. Had to remind staff to put whipped cream on it. I took one drink and something is not right. It tasted like heavy whipping cream with a slight hint of coffee flavor. Once I got back to work (10 minute drive) this is what it looked like.. it went into the trash.

I am so confused by this Tim Hortons. I go to this location often due to it being located within minutes of my work. They have extremely long wait times in the drive-thru even considering staff shortages. Also I had to contact a regional manager to understand how to ask for things at this location because my order was wrong every single time. Even with the direction that he gave me, I still get a different thing even though I’m ordering basically the same thing. Like it’s so unreal. I’m considering starting a tiktok just to track the amount of irregularities in my order. All I ever get is a large black cold brew with flavored syrup. I have gotten a different size every time I’ve ordered a large, I have had them add cream even though I’ve said black, and I’ve even been given cold foam. I’m so confused on why this is so complicated????

I never leave bad reviews as I literally work in the food industry. But I went this morning and ordered a dozen donuts and two drinks. One drink was handed to us half empty so I asked if they could please add ice. No problem. Then I was handed the donuts and they were not what I ordered. So i said i was sorry and simply asked them to fix it. The girl said “what’s wrong now”. Then they handed us the donuts rudely and closed the window. Just as someone personally in customer service, I found this extremely rude.

They were out of nearly everything. The panini grill was out of service, so half the menu wasn’t available. There were only 4 soda flavors available. The dining room was dirty with dead flies in the corner. A fan or some other equipment was making an awful screeching sound. Tim Horton’s used to be a great place to take a quick business meeting, but I would be embarrassed to have anyone meet me there now.

Went this morning to get a bagel and coffee. They gave me the wrong bagel and it was dry old, cold, and not enough cheese. So disappointed. This is my third bad order in a raw. I used to like this place but not anymore.

I ordered 4 items and only got 1 of them. And the wrap I DID receive was cold. This was my first time trying Tim Hortons, and the impressions of have not been positive. It’s actually been pretty outright rotten. My advice is go anywhere else at this point. Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Starbucks, wherever. Might take a little extra time but at least there’s a higher possibility of actually receiving your order.
