Had another great experience at MOD Pizza with my boys taking me to a Father’s Day lunch on them for the first time. I ❤️ the atmosphere and it’s always pleasurable when several people in the building know each other and can enjoy conversation and still be able to enjoy the meal with their families. So nice to be able to go into a fast food restaurant and have all the staff working hard, friendly, and happy. As three of us sat and ate, we watched staff having fun, making jokes, and making good use of their time even though they were pretty busy. The guy making our food had us laughing. While the food is good and the service speedy they were having problems with their credit card ma Hine and we were charged multiple times for our meal. after talking to an employee, an asst Mgr, store Mgr and their general Mgr I was told there was. nothing they could do. I will now have to handle their mistake by myself through my credit card company. This was very disappointing as I found their mistake just days after our visit. MOD needs to empower their stores to take care of their mistakes. We will not be back and we have canceled our award account.

I always wanted to try the pizza at MOD’s in Walla Walla! Thanks to the pandemic, I was able to finally try this place out. When it comes to pizza, I am picky. I would definitely recommend this pizza place. You can’t beat the price or the quality you get with that price! We had a delicious pesto balsamic vinegar with bacon and chicken pizza and a bbq ranch chicken and sausage pizza. Due to the pandemic, we did curbside but the pizza was done on time and the person came right out to the vehicle as soon as we pulled up to the building. We also got a delicious cheesy garlic bread too. Overall, the taste was wonderful and I would recommend this place! Great food, great price and hard to be disappointed. First time experience was perfect.

Love, love, love Mod Pizza! This is pizza your way! And totally changes how you get pizza. My kids and wife love it, everyone gets what they want for a reasonable price. You can choose one of their recipes, add to it or build your own. We are sold!

Our entire family’s absolute favorite! We stop in at least once a month when in town and bring all our kids because it’s the one place everyone can customize. The staff is always very cheery and pleasant and puts up with our 6-8 very customized palates without hesitation.
