We showed up an hour before closing and we were promptly seated. We ordered and our food was out in less than 10 minutes. The food was hot, well seasoned and the portion you got for $12 was enough for me to have for lunch the next day (which I plan on doing). The restaurant was clean and could easily accommodate a good volume of people. The server was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed so we literally asked for nothing. This will definitely be my new spot for Chinese food. They also offers takeout and that process seams seamless as well.

Just moved into Vegas, decided we wanted some Chinese food and there it was The Golden Phoenix. Not gonna lie there was a strong smell when I went in and I couldn’t put my finger on what it was. It did make me cautious. However our order of lemon chicken, orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice, white rice, an order of egg roles, and hooked it up with some donuts, came out with in 15 minutes. It smelled amazing!!! We got home and could not wait to dig in and the food did not disappoint. They give you so much food, we did not expect how much we got as most places can be stingy (the pictures I submitted were taken after 3 of us ate to our fill). We will be going back.

Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Food was great, everything we ordered was great. Pictures does no justice, i mean food was so yummy!!! Kinda hard to find good Chinese place around here. Very well kept and clean. Parking is huge and free so thats a plus. My only complaint would be, having to be the only customers their that day, service was kinda slow. They fail to come ask if we needed drinks refills or napkins. I’m sure they can improve on that. Overall service was great. The guy that took our order is impressive, he didn’t need a pen&paper to write all that down, good memory! I would definitely reccomend them to families&friends!

Ordered from this place today and they messed up my order. I called them and said I wanted to have a gen. Chicken no spice. It can quick and I was excited till I took one bit. It was so hot you couldn’t eat it. And I’m from the south and eat spicy food daily. I called to let them know what happened. The guy on the phone was nice and wanted to replace it but I had already eaten some of it. I just asked for them to give me credit for the next time I order and he said the owner will only give me credit for egg rolls. I didn’t order egg rolls. And to let everyone know they egg rolls and mushy and cold. So I told him I won’t be ordering from here again. So if you want good Chinese food don’t go here.

Fried rice and orange chicken were really good. But the Sesame Chicken I ordered was nothing but little chicken pieces like from the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. Not happy considering I paid 14 bucks for the chicken and rice.

Place did not seem very clean. Two out of three of us got sick from the food we ate. Egg rolls were mushy and seemed to be undercooked and they did not care. Don’t know how this place got an A rating, but,,,,,We certainly will not be returning.
