For context I love Zaxbys, it is my comfort food. I had a rough day so I just wanted to come get zaxbys but it just made my day worse. I got there and they weren’t that busy. I went through the drive thru line and I ordered a boneless wings and things with tongue torch and extra ranch. I was asked to pull to a parking spot, which was fine I didn’t mind the wait. They weren’t closing for another hour anyways, but once it got to be 10:30 I started wondering where my food was. I’d been waiting for a while in my car for my food so I went inside to see if maybe they’d forgotten. It was just sitting on the counter so I got it and brought it back to my apartment. There was no sauce on the wings and no ranch either and I didn’t want to eat dry food so I drove back to get my sauces and I got there 5 minutes before they closed. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so they were still serving customers anyways and all I needed was 3 sauce packets, so I was going to go inside to get my sauces but the doors were already locked. I understand them locking the doors, but at the same time they close at 11. I hadn’t eaten anything in 12 hours, I just wanted some good comfort food. I did not want to wait in the drive thru line for another 45 minutes just to get sauces but I wish I did. That was the worst zaxbys I’ve ever had and the boneless wings were so dry and gross that I couldn’t eat them. The fries were cold from sitting on the counter and reheated fries aren’t any good. I regret wasting my money on it, considering I already don’t have a lot to begin with. Wish I could get a refund, very disappointed.

Went in for a 5 piece chicken strip plate. Was good as always. There is a reason the line is always so long to get in. These guys could use a bigger restaurant, but that’s not their fault they were working with what they have. This restaurant gets a 10 out of 10. Recommend the wings and things my personal favorite.

Ordered 5 finger chicken plate with 1 extra sauce and no toast. Got 4 fingers, almost burned, 1 sauce total and toast. Order was correct on my bag slip and receipt, however didn’t get what was listed on the receipt nor bag slip.

Sunday April 2nd i decided to get zaxbys for dinner after work. When pulling up, i noticed the drive thru was pretty long so i decided to go inside to place my order. i placed my order at 8:51pm and this was after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to take it. Then i waited until 9:22 before receiving my food. While waiting, i watched as countless cars came and went through the drive thru getting their orders. I didn’t order anything complex. 6 chicken finger plate with fries. I continued to watch as drive thru customers were prioritized over the 10 customers that i stood with continued to wait and wait for their food as long if not longer as i did. It was only when i finally went back up to the counter to inquire about my meal did they attempt to get it ready for me and offered no apologies or explanation for the 30 minute wait that i attempted to address with them. No concern or care about all of the customers that continued to wait. I truly don’t understand how this branch is continued to be run like this. There needs to be a change in how things are run here

EIGHT FRIES!!! Literally, EIGHT fries!!! I realize inflation has happened to the best of us, but Jesus!!! This is ridiculous! My son had a normal amt of fries on his plate. This was most definitely laziness on some employees part. My question is… how would they feel after driving 30 mins home, opening their dinner to 8 fries?!?! This doesn’t happen at Chic-fil-a… They have standards and pay their workers a reasonable wage.

Not a good experience. I spent $27 on food, most of it chicken tenders. The tenders tasted the ash from a blunt. I wasted $27 on terrible burnt ash tenders. The only thing that was salvageable were the fries and cheese bites. Other than that my meal was ruined.

It’s terrible for real the teenagers are running this business in the ground they horse play inside the restaurant they hold up the drive thru and make you wait the longest they don’t wear hair nets or pin their hair up and wear 30 inch weave in their hair while working with your food not sanitary at all………and no I wouldn’t Zaxby’s in Greenwood to no one visiting
