If I could give them a bigger rating, I would. I have brought many friends here to enjoy the wonderful hamburgers with fries or onion rings and they never disappoint. It’s a 30 minute trip to come here but it’s always worth it.

The BBQ pork sandwiches were not bad. They were just small. The fries were good, crispy, and hot. We ordered one small and one large sandwich and 2 fries. And the bill was $25.00. The dining room is closed so we go through the driveup and park in the lot and wait. It takes a while. The fries were very good but not for the price and the wait.

The burger had a pretty good taste to it until I found ‘hard’ pieces in it. After that, I couldn’t eat anymore of it. I’d ordered my fries to be VERY VERY ‘WELL DONE’… ‘CRISP’ … they weren’t. They were good after I re-cooked them in my Air Fryer at home. I’d been looking forward to that meal for weeks…. I was so disappointed.

I have always loved Armando and Hog heaven until now. That was not a good meal at all. The white beans tasted like vinegar or something very nasty and the bread was like they put it in the toast and then took it right back out. It didn’t toast it was just a hard piece of bread. If the food is going to remain like that they should just close back down. A waste of $25.00 won’t be going back

Armandos in Rossville and Hog Heaven are AWESOME. Always great food. Best banana pudding anywhere. I’m so very glad they’ve reopened even if it is just a few days a week so far. Well worth it!!! I will say we need an updated menu sheet though
