Food was fantastic! Sadly the service was not. First thing I saw was those beautiful Nacho Fries on the menu, so I ordered them. Apparently they where no longer serving those, but that was not how he told me. He said, ” No, we don’t have those.” No explanation, no apologies. The place is extremely lacking on the front end, but the back end was on point! If you can deal with rude cashiers, and lazy management not changing the menu, would recommend for the food alone.

Went to this taco bell on 3/20/23. Ordered 3 items nothing special. Took 45 minutes to get the food. No one there knew how to do a refund. Employees were arguing with each other. Other employees were walking around by the food prep area eating then touching people’s food, items, bags etc.. the men’s room had feces on the toilet lid and seat. Absolutely disgusting place. One of the items was supposed to have double steak and it had burger.

Absolutely garbage place. Employees are so lazy and don’t work. The person in front of us was waiting for over 20 min for his food. We had to wait over 15 minutes and no one else was there to order food after. They messed up our order and they don’t know what they are doing. Absolutely waste of time, terrible service terrible food, beans are so dry and not spread on the Mexican pizza and it had no sauce on it. Employees are so lazy too they work so slow compared to employees in Canada. 0/5 stars if I could.

Stood at the counter for 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then the cashier says “we need to lock the ‘trucker’ door”. It was 8:34pm. Patiently waited another 6 minutes before walking towards the door to leave, only then was I asked what I would like.

My coworker and I stopped to get a quick meal to go, which wasn’t so quick. We ordered our food and stood there for over 30 minutes waiting on our order. They had 3 people working, one of which I think was the manager. One girl was taking drive through orders and trying to make food at the same time but seemed rather confused. Another guy was making his own food before the customers, and didn’t change his gloves after taste testing food and pulling his pants up who knows how many times! There were dishes on the floor, the lobby wasn’t the cleanest, and they honestly weren’t busy enough to get that far behind! We typically love Taco Bell, but this was very disappointing! Another employee came and gave us coupons for free tacos with our next purchase but we will not be coming back to this location!

Huge fan of taco bell, but this one is terrible. Only one in my city so i keep going clearly thats a mistake. They cant even get sauces right! This francise owner must not care at all. Restrooms, lobby, and kitchen are disgusting. Management seems to be carless to customer satisfaction. Just all around 2 monthes of terrible experiences!

Terrible and slow service. Called ahead to see if certain promo item was on menu and was told it wasn’t, only to find out it definitely was when I drove by a few minutes later. Employees were too busy talking and standing around in the back to actually be bothered to make our food in a quick and timely manner. They literally waited 5 minutes before they started making my order and it was the only order in the store and the drive thru that needed to be made at that time. y once my order was made and given to me, I asked the young man that handed me the food why I was told when I called that they didn’t offer loaded nacho tacos when they obviously did (its even promoted on the marquee outside). He told me that he didn’t know why and would have to go ask someone else and started to walk toward the girls that stood around talking for five minutes before starting to make my food. At that point, I didn’t feel that I would be given any real answer at all and that blame would be place on someone else or given a general I don’t know. Once I brought the food outside to my children, I opened up the shredded chicken mini quesadillas we ordered and it was the most scant attempt at making any sort of food item I’ve ever seen. It looked as if a tablespoon sized amount of sauce had been literly thrown on the tortilla shell, a few singular shreds of cheese (that weren’t even melted) pinched onto the very top and hanging out of the edge, with one singular chunk of shredded chicken in the middle. Every single mini quesadilla I ordered was made like that. And not only were the quesadillas cold, all of the loaded nacho tacos we ordered were cold as well. I have never been left in such dismay at any overall dining experience in my entire life.

If I could give a 0 Star I would. Stood there for 10 min while employees looked at us. Tried the kiosk and didn’t work right. Stood back at counter and girl told us she wouldn’t take orders at counter only kiosk orders!!!! What??. Are drive through customers using kiosk?? No! When we walked out and a drive through customer pulled up they instantly got his order taken. SMH.
