This location closes at 10pm. We stopped by at 8pm tonight ( Friday night). They already took their ice cream machine down to clean it for the night. Its summertime, it’s 83 degrees outside, and it’s the weekend. Why would they take down their best asset 2 hours before closing.

The ladies there have the worse attitude and customer service I’ve experienced in a very very long time…My order was incorrect twice ad they were rude about it and denied my refund that was technically my money…They told me to try and get it back on the app as if that was possible…Then she rudely admitted the reason why my order was incorrect twice bc she wasn’t sure how to make the drink…What a joke!! Never will i return there again the worse

This location only has 1 person working. She takes orders and then has to cook the order, too. People in the drive thru finally give up and drive away or park and go inside. This sonic refuses to hire more employees. The manager of this location should be ashamed of himself!!

I am a fan of sonic food but have had two disgusting burgers from here. Everything else seems fine, the drinks, service, and easy fried foods. Just something is wrong with the way they prepare the burgers I think.

I have ordered hamburger with mayonnaise only. When got my hamburger it had everything on it but not mayonnaise 3 times they got my order all wrong. I will not be eating again on fox run. The burgers was cold and not good.
