I had their signature chicken sandwich with pimento cheese. It was quite tasty with just enough crunch and flavor. My son had chicken pieces while the girls had chicken strips. All reasonably priced and all enjoyable. Only wished they were a little more spread out so we could enjoy them more as we travel from Midwest.

Can always trust them to give you the most disgusting looking and burnt boberry biscuits you’ve ever had. I’ve asked them repeatedly to cook them less, and I’m always given the same answer- they’re all cooked the same as they always have. I said right- that’s the problem. They don’t take feedback well.

I stopped at the Hoover location after work to grab some quick breakfast, instead of ordering elsewhere on Doordash. Big mistake! I placed a curbside order and after no one came to the car for roughly 13 minutes I drove to the drive-thru. At the speaker I was told Yes, your order has been ready for awhile, drive around. Awhile? Really… Since when is curbside and Drive-thru pick-up the same thing? After receiving my order and driving home I realized that I was not given the two iced Bo-berry biscuits that I paid for. The box contained one iced Bo-berry biscuit and one regular biscuit. What a waste of time and money. I won’t order on the mobile app or visit this location again. A very mediocre Bojangles to say the least. Also, my biscuits were hard and my bo-round was not hot and fresh at 8:15 in the morning.

Still closed inside since 2000, it is June of 2023. My husband went by to pick up SIDES ONLY, at the drive through. He was told it would be 15 FIFTEEN MINUTES, no line, no others waiting.

Very impressed with the service and tastiness of the food at this location. Although we did have to wait a few minutes, the employees were extremely nice and made sure we were happy when we left. They only had 3 people working on this visit, and they were not only working hard, but they were doing it smiling. It is so awesome to see people show up with this attitude, even though they were short staffed. The food was hot and tasted amazing (not exaggerating).

Absolutely terrible. I have food allergies and cannot get fried chicken from any other fast food places so I always love to get bojangles when I come to birmingham. This was by far the worst experience yet. The lady was rude in drive through, they had no bone-in chicken so I asked for spicy strips, bbq sauce and fries. They gave me cold fries with no seasoning, regular strips and no bbq sauce. Won’t be back.

Staff if horrible!! Rude and ghetto. No customer service training. Staff is always outside hanging out while there is a 20 min wait for someone to cook chicken. Then she proceeded to get upset when i asked if we had to wait on the kitchen to finish hanging outside. I will Never return or recommend. I also will be calling corporate.
