ethos Greek Bistro’s cooking style is vastly based on the native island of Crete, situated at the most southern part of Greece and surrounded by the Aegean and Mediterranean seas. Crete, the birthplace of the Mediterranean diet, is considered to be light, mainly vegan, vegetarian and seafood-based with less emphasis on red meats and pasta.

Absolutely delicious amazing place so nice and really kind people. Definitely recommend it.. they have amazing olive oil, delicious salads, I don’t like calamari that much, but omelette was great. I’ve been to this location plenty of times but never like this. I had the entire Mediterranean experience starting with the world-class octopus appetizer. The picture says a thousand words, but the bite is beyond comprehension. This slow-cooked delicacy is incredibly buttery, with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness you can’t resist. Next up was the bronzini. This plate was packed with flavor and truly took me on a mini Vacation to Greece with every bite. This plate is a must-have if you are planning to visit. To wash it all down, I enjoyed the X-Rated Margarita, which adds a refreshing citrus flavor to the bold flavors of the seafood options.

The food here is excellent. It was my first time here and I love Greek food. The food tasted fresh and full with lots of flavor. The spinach pie is delicious and I love the sauces and the falafel. Gia took care of us and made us feel very welcome. She was very helpful, kind and sweet. I 100% recommend coming to ethos for amazing greek food!

Food here is excellent, actually more like gourmet Greek food since it’s all very fresh and flavorful. The roasted potatoes I got with my gyro meal were some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. The portion sizes are very good, but it’s not cheap. Granted, it really shouldn’t be since the quality is high. The inside of the restaurant doesn’t have the best atmosphere, but it certainly isn’t the worst. Staff were very friendly. The entrees come with a salad with what looks like goat cheese on it. The tzatziki sauce is great too.

Very. Expensive. Other than that?! The food was nice and the waiter was accommodating. the only meal i think that was worth it’s money was the one that comes with a salad, pita and dip, and then an entree for like 20 dollars or smth, everything else is overblown. The hummus appetizer is good too but i wish they’d give more bread for it.

The service was outstanding and the food was spectacular. On point to the max, especially waitress Gia and the manager of the restaurant, top notch. First time was definitely not going to be the last. The chicken was the best I’ve ever had and I’m a picky eater. The cheesecake dessert, let’s just say words cannot describe.
