Spectacular food! Hands down best ramen in Colorado. A must. We had the chicken and tofu. I have no idea what the chef did to the tofu but it tasted amazing. I intend to go back as often as I can to try every dish! (Thank goodness our daughter is going to Naropa this fall!)

If you want a meditative experience, along side all the meditation that happens at the school. A perfect marriage‼️. I’m hooked brother Lama or as they say in Tibet shempha”. Apologies for the spelling. Calling it Ramen doesn’t give it enough respect.
