I was traveling and stopped at this location. The young girl did not seem to sharp but over 20 min later at our hotel we discovered she gave us our biscuits and sides but no chicken. Guess we will never know if they have good chicken. We paid for chicken, just didn’t get it.

I have honestly loved Bojangles for a long time, but the last time I went there, about 5 days ago, was my last. Thankfully they have the window that you can see through, them preparing biscuits, well to my shock, the young man was NOT wearing gloves. Literally handling SO MANY biscuits. I voiced that he was not wearing gloves, to the point to where I made sure everyone heard me. The worker behind the counter looked right at me and said nothing. As I stand there waiting on someone to notice or do something, nothing was done. So before I even made it to the counter, me and my family walked out the door, along with a few other people that also saw he wasn’t wearing gloves and was disgusted. I didn’t see any adults working, it honestly looked like nothing but kids. I’m all for young people working and making a difference, but this was pure ridiculous.

Literally the BEST Bojangles I have ever been to. The food was very good. Tasted fresh. Staff was super friendly and the location was clean. I enjoyed that. The music playing was Christian. It made for a very pleasant experience. You guys are amazing, Keep up the great work!

I usually love Bojangles but they need to at-least buy better drink holders because they should not be breaking like this when i just put my hand on it, why is it soggy? plus we ordered some bo berry biscuits with extra icing right? if you look at the picture, it almost seems they did the opposite of what we asked. They basically gave us dried biscuits with some blueberry’s in them.

Drove all the way from Ilil pi’s excited for some great food and this place was THE WORST! Chicken was old and dried out. Fries were cold. My cole slaw was FROZEN. Never again! This one restaurant made me change my mind about my favorite chicken place of all time. Yuck!

Don’t ever eat here. The chicken fingers are the size of nuggets. They are always out of something, tonight was Mac N Cheese. We had to wait 5 min for the chicken to be cooked and was told this after I had paid.
