CSC SERVICES
We have eaten here several times and the food is ALWAYS on point and the prices are great for what you get. They seem to be a little short staffed like most places these days, but our waiter was very nice and attentive. One staff member that brought food to our table literally dropped the food without a word, even after we said thank you. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I don’t like being overly critical, but service is important to us and we are always very polite to the staff and tip at least 20% so we expect a certain level of hospitality. Other than that it was a good dining experience.

My food and drink was great. I had grilled cheese philly steak with cooked small red pepper Provolone cheese on sourdough bread and a side of fries. Fries portions could’ve been more. But they were good fries with a pickle on the side. Parmesan garlic boneless thighs seasoned good but would prefer wings/flat with bone. tables and bar seating tight . Will return for my free dessert. Overall score 7/10!

Wow!! What an amazing first experience here. The food was awesome!! Ordered the stuffed pepper grilled cheese upon recommendation from Carlina, and it did not disappoint. The presentation and flavors were outstanding and the sauce for the waffle fries was a pleasant surprise of goodness . Carlina and staff were attentive and friendly, and provided great service. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Food looks great but is not great. It either has no taste or a really overpowering flavor. The gravy on the biscuits didn’t taste like anything but the hollandaise sauce was pure lemon flavor. The textures on everything was good and it was cooked correctly. They gave free samples of like a cinnamon pastry bread and it looked perfect but tasted like nothing at all. The tables were chipped and the floors were very dirty. I was expecting something cleaner and nicer in West Hartford. Very dissapointing and not going here again.

I came here with my husband and kids first time coming here. It’s Labor day and of course we had to wait for like 30 minutes which of course due to the holiday. They seated us to a table and waited for like 15 minutes and finally someone came to our table. We put our order in she took a while to get out drinks and like another 10 minutes our drinks came. Food came out it was good except for kids pancakes it was only one pancake they need better portions for the kids, but the food is fresh. There were flies around while we were eating as well and we ate inside.
