I have not been to a burger king in a LONG time and I just moved to the area and just needed a quick snack before I preform my dj set in downtown Nashville, the woman who tried to take my order around 6pm today July 28th was VERY VERY RUDE!! and wanted to argue with me and started yelling at me and telling me she knows what’s on the menu, when really I don’t think she did I was just reading what was off the menu. Went thru drive thru the young ladies who work here when I visit at 435pm time frame are very pleasant and customer service is great, but where you get your food this will be the 3rd time thru drive thru employees are not very customer friendly, they basically hand u food with no thank you for coming nothing just very rude…and I don’t have names but the one of them a short man tried to charge me almost $2 or more for a cup of ice and I have came here sometime for breakfast n dinner and I’ve only been charged .50 at the most for ice

Not the best experience and not the worse experience. The staff made a minor mistake but took accountability and made it right. Timing is definitely key to good service, but the staff seemed pleasant. Dealing with the general public in 2022 is not easy so for the staff to be there early in the AM and still have to work and put up with all types of people is commendable.
