I have to say the worst experience and disappointing, I have enjoyed in the past but won’t back sadly. Not only did I order my food 1hour and 15 min ahead of time and had to wait another 25 min after my pick up time. I get it, it gets busy but my chicken wings had feathers on it and a hair on another one when I got home! Really!!! I could forgive the wait being busy and all but I am absolutely disgusted and with this chicken and that you would have sent food out like this is so gross!! I couldn’t even eat it!

We ordered the chicken strips Big Dipper, to be shared, as we have before. The website has always stated 7 strips, still does, our order tonight came with 5. I called and they told me, oh we do it by ounces now. Well maybe update your website then. We’ve normally had leftovers, did not tonight. I know ownership changed, hope this isn’t a sign of things to come.

I asked for extra every time I order..last time the put light cheese…when I called them out on it and decided to try them again..they dumped 2 lbs of cheese…dead center of pizza….making it almost inedible…so disappointed and angry right now

HAD A GREAT PIZZA LAST TIME I.ORDERED THOUGHT LETS GET PIZZA AGAIN TOLD 35 45 MINS OK. 57 MINS GOT MY PIZZA GARLIC BREAD WAS HOTTER THAT PIZZA CALLED AND COMPLAINED. SAID THEN WOULD SEND ANOTHER ONE OUT THAT WAS HOT ITS NOW 47 MINS LATER AND STILL WAITING . 1ST PIZZA IS IN MY OVEN BECAUSE IM NOT WAITING 2 HOURS FOR A DAM HOT PIZZA SHOULD HAVE JUST COOKED MY OWN PIZZA. The only reason it’s not five stars is that they dont have indoor seating its carry out or delivery only. By far best pizza in my opinion. Wish they had more locations but I’m willing to drive from Edgerton to Stoughton to get it.
