Wings were good, Oreo bites were chewy and sweet but not too sweet. Ordered the Cool Ranch Papadia but there wasn’t much cool ranch flavor and the Papadia needed to be a bit more cohesive and together. Papa John’s is pricey and deals aren’t as good of deals at times so when everything doesn’t shake out well, it disappoints.

Ordered hot lemon pepper wings and this is how they came. Barely any sauce. Wife had honey chipotle chicken poppers and they were the same. Used to like getting wings but it’s mediocre at best now. Pizza as well

I placed my order online but when I confirmed the correct address and submitted the order, the system used my old delivery address for the store near my new home. When I called the store in a panic, they were very helpful in fixing the issue and we got our food with no problem.

30 min delivery and friendly driver is the only positive I ordered half cheese half pepperoni and bacon and look at pics to see what was delivered. Charged full price and have to eat… We are hungry so sad…..

They don’t deserve 1 star but I had to at least give them 1 to write this review. Do not go there because that rude night shift manager threw my money at me because they messed my order up & the workers are very childish. They thought it was funny because he locked the door on me before time and left me standing out there until the nice little older guy came & open the door for me. He kept hanging up the phone when I called that’s why I went to the store but I will call corporate on him tomorrow because his rude dirty looking self should even be a manager or cooking anyone’s food. They close at 10 and they had the doors locked at 9:10 and my food was dry & nasty

Worst customer service I have seen in a while. There was 5 people waiting in the lobby to get their pizza and none of the workers would help anyone. All they had to do was stop for 30 seconds and hand the pizzas over the counter to the customers. When I got my pizza it was cold. The manager is very rude and could care less if you get your pizza or not.
