Great service! Everyone was kind and the wait for food was not long. The wings and fries were good. The chicken tenders were not the best, they reminded me of frozen chicken nuggets. Overall, a nice experience.

First time visit. We had a black and blue hamburger and the jalapeño burger, medium rare, and they just melted in your mouth. Our friends had a pizza and loved it. We plan to return and try the pizza, and our friends want to try the burgers. Good friendly service. Nice casual place to eat and hang out with friends.

Wanted a burger. Closest place to where I was. Establishment was empty and I got served quickly. BBQ burger with tots. I didn’t intend to eat it all because the burger was over hanging the whole bun but I smashed and now I need a nap. Forgot to take a pic because I was enjoying it so much. Reasonably priced for the area. Will go again. Thumbs High.

This location is the best hands down. I made a big mistake when I ordered online and when I arrived, they realized I ordered at the Landen location. The manager at Landen refused to refund my money. Management at Blue Ash was very flexible and tried to help me the best they could since I was having to pay twice for my order. They rushed my order and the food was great! I was able to find someone to pick up the order at Landen at the last minute so someone could at least benefit from my mistake. Again, my fault but the way each franchise handled it was the difference. Thank you Blue Ash! We will be back to your location!

Mac’s is a more recent addition to Blue Ash and I am quite pleased with it. Their burgers are quite tasty and a decent size for the price. Tater tots? Yes please!! I know this is more of a pizza parlor, but I really go for the burgers now.
