Friendly service but my whopper was loaded with onions and it was room temperature at best. The fries were cold and tasted old. Ordered caffeine free coke and a sweetened ice tea. Not sure what I got because they both tasted the same and they both tasted the same. Food was eaten regardless because we were hungry coming home from a concert.

First, I was made to wait before I even said a word which lasted five or six minutes before I asked if it was ok for me to order now. Second, I was shorted $2 in change and my order wasn’t the right size. I wanted to leave so bad that I didn’t make a big deal of it. Plus, there were several cars behind me. I guess I spoke with the manager, I’ve never been in a situation like this one, confronted by an mid age rude lady. She gave me 3 whoppers, even though I ordered 4. I came back 5 minutes later! not 5 hours later, not 1 hour, 5 minutes! The moment on my way home when I realized that I’m missing my order I went back right away and she said “I know what I gave you”, I told her not just that you messed my whole order, but also you didn’t give me what I have paid for. I own a store, it happened to me to forget to give something to a customer, and I never said “I know what I gave you”. After that experience, it’s not about the money but the way she treated me as a customer, like I’m a piece of trash for her. Now i’m gonna tell you what I ordered and what I got:

This was a horrible time here for breakfast!! I ordered a sausage crescent breakfast, the hash browns were very cold, the croissant as well, then they forgot the coffee so I went back for it, I ordered a coffee with 2 sugars and cream, it was black with nothing in it and very cool!!! Ordered 4 whoppers, got 3. Noticed when I got home that there are 3. My mistake I didn’t check on the spot. I went back to tell them I only got 3 and I am missing the 4th whopper and she wanted to charge me again for something that I already paid.
