Good pizza, horrible communication and delivery experience. Ordered delivery, estimated at 6:15. I called the store at 6:25 and was told it had already left. By 6:40 it still had not arrived and I live less than 10 minutes from the store, so I called again and was then told the pizza had just left the store. I was quite frustrated at being lied to previously so I asked for the manager who was less than helpful and refused to cancel & refund my order. The pizza eventually arrived at 6:50. The pizza is good, but be wary of ordering delivery and the lies you’ll get told by employees and management. I wouldn’t have been nearly as frustrated if the truth would’ve been told the first time I called, as I understand things happen, but clearly they just say pizzas are on the way when they are not. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

I’ll write this review since i have the time. im still waiting for my pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni/pineapple and a salad at 4:23pm and it is currently 7:01 as I write this still waiting for my pizza. I have called several times. “Pizza is to leave at 6pm…” 6 pm came and went. I called again- got put on hold for 8.5mins before hanging up. Tried calling again for it to go to a Verizon wireless voicemail or what seemed like they’d pick up and hang up the phone…

This has been my favorite pizza place in the past, but whether they’ve gotten a new manager or new system or whatever, it is now unfortunately not worth the stress. We placed an order at 6 tonight and did not have it an hour later, expecting it at 6:30 according to the site. We called the restaurant and were told they hadn’t even left with our order, and that it would be another 30 minutes at least. The manager was dismissive and directly rude, and it was a bad enough experience for us not to waste our time in the future.

After ordering at 8pm and getting a notification that my food would be ready at 9:30pm, my food never came at the stated time. I called and inquired about my order and was told “it’s next out”. After waiting 30 more minutes of waiting, I called back only to be told that my food is next out and that they are waiting for one more item. This was 2 hours after waiting for my food. I was then told that they don’t put in orders until the delivery driver returns. But why oh why would your site give time estimates for delivery and…why not call and tell someone you are delayed? We went to the store to request a refund. When we arrived, the order that the girl pointed to saying it was done, was missing 2 boxes. So….how long would my order have taken? Additionally when they refunded it, some employee (not the person we originally dealt with), came to show the voided order on the screen but didn’t actually give the credit card receipt with the words “void” on it. He proceeded to get hostile towards us. The girl who was originally helping us pushed him away. She pointed out the zero receipt. We took the receipt from the pile that said “void” and showed them where it said it. This place has terrible service and will be delayed if they are always waiting for a driver to come back in order to cook food.

If no stars were an option I would do that. Tried ordering pizza. Had to call them cause the website wasn’t working. Said it would be 45 minutes. Hour and a half later. Still no pizza. Tired calling several time. No answer. Ever. Finally pizza showed up. And we were still missing two pizzas. It’s honestly ridiculous. When they finally answered and told them we were missing pizzas they hung up on us. This was an over $100 order.
