I went thru the drive thru on March 17,2023, placed an order for the wings and things and specifically asked for my WINGS to be cooked crispy with NO PROBLEMS at all. Went back thru the drive thru on March 24,2023 and asked for the same EXACT thing, only this time, I was told my the manager on duty that the temperature times could NOT be changed. What happened during a week’s time that a customer couldn’t get crispy wings. I will NOT be patronizing here again! Awful customer service!!

They don’t take ApplePay through the drive thru. Every other Zaxby’s in the area does and has better customer service, especially the one on South College. I told them I couldn’t come inside to use ApplePay because I have a sleeping toddler and they proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my food they’d have to wake him up to go inside. No Thanks.
