Attempted to order several donuts from the kiosk machine. Paid for the food. The employee then tells me they did not have the white powered with chocolate filling or the sour cream cake donuts. Although the kiosk says they do. It also appears the donuts have gotten smaller as well. I’m very disappointed in the food. Seems like Dunkin’ Donuts is going downhill.

They make their milkshakes with half ice to make more volume. This is the second time I ordered a shake there and the milkshake was crunchy and barely sweet. Sure enough I opened it up and it was half ice cream half ice and milk in order to save costs and cheat customers! I will be reporting this to Dunkin Corporate as well as this breaks the franchise rules.. Trying to Cheat customers. Half of the time they are out of ice cream as well, which explains why they cheat the milkshakes

The customer service is AWFUL, beyond awful. They are so unfriendly and always have an attitude when they hand you your drink/food. They also make the drinks wrong each time. I get the latte with whipped cream on top which is then supposed to have caramel on it but each time they have put cinnamon on top instead of caramel. What the heck?? They need work here. NOW. Do better Dunkin.

Drive thru is super slow even on the days that it is not busy! Inside is a little better but not fast either! I have tried to order cappuccino blast after 11 a few times and they keep saying they can’t make it because it takes time! When they do make it whenever they feel like it, they don’t do it right either like how it shown on the picture. I really dislike going to this location.

It was so disappointing. We ordered a dozen donuts only to find out they had none of them. What they had was mediocre at best _ the ones nobody wanted. I can’t believe that they only stock donuts once now. We went at 10:30 am and they only had a few dozen donuts in about 4 flavors. The hash browns were cold and had obviously been sitting.

I hate to complain but this has been too many instances at this location. Most the staff need so much coaching/training. It honestly all comes from the manager Carol. I come to visit give it another chance and told rudely in drive up with no empathy that they are not doing breakfast just donuts. I get to window and asked what happen if toasters were down the young girl smirked looked away then instead getting my coffee went to another member talking smiling. Didn’t want to hear my concern. I came in spoke to the manager and she as well smirked like I was wrong wanting an explanation of what happen and the tone from young lady. Then she stated very busy to serve. Then I asked for number to her manger and she went over to write it down as also talking with the young girl at drive up smiling. Are ways to manage when it’s busy. Just a very bad unprofessional environment. The staff feeds off the manager there. Poor management skills.
