I placed a pick up order and the person told me my name wasn’t a real name and they weren’t going to give me the pizza I paid for I said it’s my name and to give me the pizza and the person still didn’t and made me ask two more times before they threw it on the counter and walked away. Will never go to this establishment again.

I’m giving this place 4 because they are always respectful, professional and kind. But I can’t say that about their call center. If management is reading this. You need to eliminate the call center. You can’t understand what they are saying and on top of that they mess up your order. They want to charge your credit card before arriving or they won’t place your order. I tell the lady I’m on the road on my way to their restaurant that I can’t read a card while driving. I also mentioned to her that I’ve order from this place all the time and they never had any problems with me paying when I arrive. She then tells me she is going to transfer me to the local restaurant but instead she hung up the phone. I arrived at the location to find out she never submitted an order for me. At this point I’m very upset. Spent about 15 minutes on the phone for nothing. I like to say thanks to the local restaurant for correcting the situation. Management please do something about the call center.

Terrible…had $15 credit 10 days ago given by manager due to on line screw up then upon order on 1/4/23, not only did the credit vanish the on line call center experience was horrible, you’d figure they’d test their own stuff…

Unfortunately we had to wait nearly an hour for our food as there was only one person cooking and operating the inside, BUT it was absolutely delicious. The cook (my husband didn’t catch his name) I want to say it was Zuniga (at least that’s what it says on the app) was so overwhelmed as orders kept piling up on him but I couldn’t be happier with our food. I hope they get more workers in there. I know he was so stressed and tired.

The $5.99 online order is great. The website drives me crazy. I would think that they your make it much easier. Every time I order I almost give up. Hire some real web guys and straighten the decision (order) stream out. Every time I tied to order I have to declare a store, Why? Put everything on one screen in just a few lines. I often don’t see things a page and a half down. Set up for landscape not portrait.
