Service was decent, they were nice so this isn’t on them. But the food was NOT original orange chicken. It wasn’t even crunchy and had such miniscule sauce it was barely coated. Taste was so bad, I was checking the chicken as I wondered if it was fresh chicken or even fully cooked. Also the amount was not what I expect from Panda Express. Definitely worth to just go to the other location.

Their usually out of menu options, employees start closing a HOUR before time, so translation THEY WILL NOT COOK ANYMORE FOOD and you WILL BE SERVED OLD FOOD! Employees will be rude and will make you wait at the front for 20 minutes as PAYBACK if you make them work or discuss why the food is not up to standard. OVERALL, please do yourself a favor and BYPASS this restaurant unless you want to ARGUE, be embarrassed, or disappointed. I will definitely not br going back until things DRASTICALLY CHANGE! BAD RESULTS and BAD RESTAURANT!

This is the worst panda express location I have ever visited. We use them over the last few months on a nearly weekly basis. There is at least one error in 4 orders on a 80% plus basis. The only way to ever get an accurate order is to go inside, let them fill the bag, and then pull everything out yourself and recheck it. It’s absolutely horrible.

Good food and we’ve been here a couple times. Sometimes it’s wonderful and sometimes it’s okay. Sometimes the teriyaki chicken isn’t thoroughly cooked. Great to grab food after church before going grocery shopping. Today the food was wonderful and the staff were very nice. Everything was great today.

Customer service is horrible. I got there and the girl was talking to her coworkers and didn’t helped me until she was done talking to them. I was right in front of her. Once I’m done checking out she goes back to talking to them and she started the conversation even before I’m 100% done.
