Totally ghetto! Every time I come here they always get my order wrong. We waited 20 min at the window only to be told that they did not accept anything but cash. These managers need to be trained better. Instead of keeping a customer and offering me some kind of compensation, at least offering a drink or something. He just let me leave to never return again. This is the worst Church’s Chicken I’ve ever been to. They wouldn’t even talk to me in english. Sad. Church’s Chicken used to be a great place. But like everything else, they’re hiring practices have dropped to such standards that I will never go again.

They forgot my biscuits and coleslaw. Took 15mins to get my order, and the chicken was cold and dry. (Trashed $40)The workers were youngsters who seemed careless. I will never go to this church’s chicken ever again and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

You have to beg them to take your order. I literally sat at the speaker in the drive through for 15 minutes and they never came to take my order until I called the restaurant and complained. This was a week ago and then I came today, same thing. Just sat there no one came, so I didn’t order anything and left. Gave two stars, because the food does taste good and the first time I came the young male cashier at the window was really nice.
