My husband and I shared the Elk Chili and the Mountaineer Burger but swapped the Colorado beef for 2 Elk patties. The burger was absolutely amazing but as a spice fanatic I would love to have jalapenos as an option to pair with the jam on the burger. The Elk Chili is to die for. I’ve never had a better Chili. We’ll be back tomorrow night

Hotel bar vibe kind of place, in an actual hotel. Parking is easy and accessing the restaurant in the hotel is quick without hassle by hotel front desk. The restaurant itself is very spacious but set-up with most tables surrounding the perimeter with very few in the center. Food was pretty good. I noticed a few tables around me that didn’t eat their sweet potato fries. I thought they were decent and had no issues. We ordered burgers – elk meat. Pretty tender and juicy for being elk meat. Decent beer list with local craft beer options. Service was fair and timely.

First time here for us and overall it was very good! Our waitress rocked! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was overall just very good! I ordered the Black & Blue burger which was phenomenal, done very well and was super tasty! I ordered the sweet potato fries with it and if you do that I recommend requesting to get them more on the crispy side, mine were a bit flimsy to my liking. Or just order the normal fries because those were really good and done perfectly! I also recommend getting the Elk Chili because that looked amazing! The restaurant itself inside was very spacious and clean, and they had a pool table and fuse ball along with some arcade games for the kids, or adults if you want to have some fun! I loved the decor as well and the atmosphere was very inviting! I highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area!

Nice place, it’s not what I would have expected to experience given the name and website. Basically the hotel bar and restaurant, not really an Alehouse either. It was a very nice place, upscale looking and the waitress seemed nice, not very informative of the beers on tap though. Good service otherwise and food was out fast.

We decided to eat here because it was on the outskirts of downtown and we wouldn’t have to mess with all the traffic. Overall we had a good dinner. My husband ordered the 105 cheeseburger and I ordered the elk chili nachos. My hubbys burger came back on the rare side and was sent back to the kitchen. It was returned with a new burger. The nachos are huge ans way more than one person could eat. They were delicious. I was impressed that they used fresh jalepenos instead of jarred. An old fashion drink was ordered and it was superb with only a 12 dollar price tag. The total for our meal including alcohol was under 50 bucks.

After hiking all day my family and I wanted a calm atmosphere out of the downtown area for dinner in Estes Park. The inside of the restaurant is welcoming and fun. They have pool tables and sofas and games for people to play. I ordered the elk chili and the pork bbq sandwich. Definitely bar food, but it was good. My mom got the cheesesteak and liked it. Our server was helpful and quick to take care of us.
