This is a nice place to go. You are greeted as you enter. They keep the food fresh and in-stock the best they can. It’s not always possible during a rush because coming fresh food takes time! They are quick. I’ve every only had 1 time that my order through the drive-through was not 100% correct. You have to ask for basics cutlery and sauces at the drive-through sometimes.

Outstanding Place to eat. Great selection of food items. Fabulous customer service. Wait times are less than normal for other local food choices. Facility is always clean, meat, organized, and temperature appropriate for the season. Make sure you stop in and get the Wok fired shrimp and Black Angus beef and pepper. And ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Over the last year I used to eat there once or twice a week bringing always one or two employees with me to enjoy lunch food was always great for some reason in the last 30 to 60 days this restaurant has gone downhill serving old food and now I no longer eat there once or twice a week I’ve tried it a few times just to make sure it wasn’t just a bad day something has changed in the management that they’re running this store with it is now terrible with all the clients when I told them my food was bad I got nothing but arguments

Employees were extremely rude and stupid. No manager to speak with upon request, and the “shift lead” insisted the floor could be slippery and wet as long as there were cones out (6 feet away from the wet area) and said “I don’t know, I just work here” when I asked to speak with the manager or owner over a safety concern. Would NOT recommend this location.

1/29/23 I’m leaving this review just for the horrible service in the drive thru today (3:43 pm). Had an attitude from the get go then snapped on my husband for asking for more condiments. From what I’ve read on window signs and the drive thru sign, pay at Panda Express is fairly decent. With that being said, certain people who can do the job, and do it well, are required. Once you start hiring people who don’t care, the entire store goes down hill. I hope y’all realize this before it’s too late. I’d hate to see y’all as another Popeyes for Paris.

They always have good service, but today I went through the drive thru, and I ordered sesame and orange chicken with chow mein. And they mostly served me chow mein with little chicken. I hope they do better next time.
