Visited this location about a week ago. We showed up 45 minutes before close. Very little rice given in bowls as they said they were almost out. Then beans were very thick and crusty. Was given a dirty look when I asked for a little rice on the nachos. All cold veggies were on top and not cold and dumped salsa from container to bowl with no utensils used. Was very disappointed in taste and service.

Great food, the philly cheesesteak was wonderful and full of flavor. Best I have had in a while. If you ask for it, they add it without any doubt. I would also suggest the nachos were great as well. The tortilla chips are a Lil on the brittle side, but no real complaint there. Very fresh and hot. I will be back very soon.

Terrible experience. Line guys put my toppings on my wife’s without ever putting meat down for my sandwich then argued when I mentioned they were missing my sandwich. Line cooks touching their faces while handling prepared food is big turn off too. Chips weren’t separated while cooking so they are still soft and shiny with grease. Most tables were cluttered with others trash. Mistakes happen but employees made no effort to apologize. Literally acknowledging the mistake would have been sufficient. Won’t be back. If you want employees touching their face while cooking your food come on in.

It was wonderful! The staff was great and helpful! I should have added a little more spicy ranch to get all over my rice in my bowl, but my mistake and I know next time! Perfect amount for 2 meals!

I really want to give this place more stars but it is so inconsistent with quality of service. Sometimes it is perfect but I noticed lately that food looks like it has been just thrown around upside down into the box. Last time there was a big ol hair in my food which is a definite deal breaker for me. It was noticeable right on top of my sandwich too.
