I usually go to Kaos atleast 2 times a week during my lunch break. I usually don’t have a problem. However, ever since they have gotten new employees, I’ve had nothing but issues. I went in there for lunch today and ordered my usual. Either I was given the wrong order, or the cashier misheard me, but I received “combo” fried rice and it has pork in it. I do not eat pork. I immediately went back into the restaurant and the cashiers acted like they did not care. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s another to just not care to make it right. I did receive a refund but overall I’m just disappointed. This used to be my lunch spot. I’m not sure that I’ll return here.

Had to try this place based on reviews and word of mouth and it did not disappoint at all!!!! Being that it’s valentines day we decided to order out. Even though they were a bit busy they had excellent customer service and the orders were made to order and out the door. The food was fresh and very flavorful and the portions were just right. I will definitely go back!!

Super good! Lady at front is very nice and took the time to go over everything on the menu and helped me pick what I want! I loved the noodles, the egg rolls are BOMB. The fried rice is good but i love the noodles better. Would come back!

The food is PHENOMENAL. Don’t skip on this place. It’s small for dine in but they’re friendly and they keep it clean. I’ve yet to have a bad dish here. Everything is delicious.
