An assistant manager poured ranch all over my pizza, didn’t fully cook it and then put it in a box. There’s something wrong with this Dominos. Every single time I order a pizza from this place there’s something wrong with it. I will never order from Dominos again. If you hate your job quit. Don’t mess up food that I paid for. I requested a refund back to my card so I’ll be keeping an eye out for that. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. There was also no tomato sauce added. This was no accident.

HORRIBLE service the manager blue or however you spell her name hung up on me. I had an awful delivery experience 2 nights before this! The customer service is absolutely disgusting and if this who they have running their stores I feel sorry for the teenagers that are trying to move up in the world cause they have awful role models!!

12-15-19 Sunday night dinner. The restaurant was very clean. The restaurant had a great layout. The food was good and had good presentation. The lady in the restaurant said hi but was very short. No one else in the location was sociable. One of the drivers was given me a look like I was going to rob them. This location must be in a bad neighborhood because i needed to be buzzed in to get inside this location. I would return to this location.

This is probably best Dominos I’ve ever been to for consistently well made pizza. I live out of town but come to Shreveport for work and I have ordered from here multiple times and have always been impressed with the quality of the pizza and the friendliness of the employees. Even though they looked a bit understaffed the other day with only one pizza maker and one cashier, the pizza came out looking amazing and they greeted me with a smile when I walked through the door. I am currently sitting in the parking lot having just ordered for the second time this week. Keep up the great work!

Waited an hour for the pizza to be delivered. The website showed that it was already baked and only being “quality checked” and then would be delivered. After being quality checked for 45 minutes, the restaurant cancelled the order. Left the whole family starving after waiting for that long, all for nothing.

I thought it was ok but it wasn’t what I ordered I ask for pan but got regular crust and a meatzza but didn’t seem to have as much meat on the pizza as last time but I was hungry and didn’t want to go thru traffic and rain. The associate was really nice and quick.

Disgusting experience. Had these pizzas delivered to me. When I called for a replacement they demanded I return them to the store. I don’t have a vehicle so I couldn’t. When I tried explaining that they literally hung up in my face.
