Completely disappointed and unsatisfied in the presentation and quality of my order. This was my first time ordering at this location and it left much to be desired. The potato soup was mostly mashed broth. The grilled chicken was just lacking… for the price, the quality should have been better. I frequent Columbia and Charlotte locations. The Rock Hill location should be ashamed for sending this out of their kitchen.

Ordered $70 in food, missing several items from the order. The kids meal turkey melt had a small amount of cheese a turkey just in the center, the rest was all bread, missing order of potato salad, and tortilla soup had a few small pieces of chicken. Shame as this used to be a great place to enjoy good food. Hopefully changes will be made to bring me back.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. I agree with other reviews. There is a presentation and food quality issue. The salads are not as fresh as before. On this visit, the outside of the container had avocado smeared all over it. The tomatoes were not fresh. The quality issue is ongoing.

This is my second bad experience in a row with this location. Sandwiches have gotten smaller and more expensive. When you get overcharged for food it matters when your pickle and chips are left off your to go order.
