After a day at Red River Gorge, we happened to stop here for dinner. The food was delicious but the atmosphere was AMAZING! The locals were so friendly and we happened to go on trivia Tuesday! Some of the locals invited us to be on their trivia team and it was an absolute blast! The beer was delicious and the staff was super friendly! I will definitely be back here anytime I visit RRG!

Wow! What a find! We had been hiking at the Princess Arch and the Chimney Top Rock and on the ride back we saw a sign for Kentucky Beer. So glad we stopped in! Joshua is an amazing bartender. He is an aspiring musician with a heart of gold. Sweetly, he called out to us as we were leaving when he had a slew of people swarming the register at 9pm when they were supposed to be closing. He called out to give us a hug goodbye. What a sweet dear young man. I will be praying for his success. Austin did a fabulous job making our burgers that were from the beef of a local farmer. He even made mine gluten free. Incredibly delicious! The burger meat was amazing! So flavorful, not oily at all! Poor Austin was slaving away in the kitchen with no air conditioning! He came out sweating, but dedicated! What a beautiful beautiful building! Earthy and comforting! Even the bathroom sink was amazing; a beautiful bowl on top of a bourbon barrel! We had such a great time meeting a local couple who gave us great tips in the area. We became fast friends! My husband had two kinds of beer. I had the astounding cider! I don’t normally like cider but this was divine. What a wonderful wonderful place! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

You know you’re gonna be hungry if you have been hiking, climbing, or camping. Sky bridge station folks have GOT YOU! Burgers or dogs and more are mere minutes away. A bar full of the bluegrass state’s best brews, and a fridge full of enough Ale8 to keep you cool and alert for weeks. Really, this place is a good one and you won’t be disappointed in the selection here. Great ambiance, casual and fun. Considering your nearest chain food place is in Slade, I’m sure you won’t regret stopping on the corner. Do it. And beat the hangry fits! Sky Bridge Station for the win!

The food was flavorful, prompt and larger portions, in fact I shared the deluxe hummus plate with my daughter and we were both STUFFED. The burgers were juicy and full of flavor. If you’re looking to enjoy a beer, avoid going here on a Sunday, as it sits in a county which is dry on Sundays.

We stopped here a few times for a beer while in the area, and one time for dinner. Warning: If you want beer or drinks on Sunday you’ll be outta luck! We stayed and ate though snd it was delicious! The loaded hummus was tasty. The quesadillas were equally as good. It’s a nice stop after hiking!

A wonderful experience. I came in thirsty needing a cold beer after a full day hiking the spectacular trails of the park. The staff were welcoming with a great sense of humour. The place is relaxed and homely.

A good place to grab a bite to eat. The place was very open layout and clean. Staff was very nice and water was at the table so we never had to bother anybody for refills! Very introvert friendly. They were also setting up for trivia night when we left, so that could be a fun option! A great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non! It was a great place to just sit and enjoy your company for sure. There were only 2 small issues. My partners nachos (while delicious in my opinion) had a large scorch mark on them that made it look as though the cheese had been microwaved. I enjoyed them nevertheless, but he was not pleased with the taste. I cannot verify for sure if it had been microwaved or not, but he is a very big “visual eater”, so it threw him off. My issue may have had to do with the location we sat. We sat close to the restrooms which was level with the kitchen entrance. This put us in the perfect position to hear both the kitchen staff’s music and the dining room’s music at the same volume. Not a fun experience to have two completely different songs in your ears at high volume, but we moved outside and it was fine. I definitely recommend this place and their delicious hotdogs! A must-stop spot.

Happened by this place and decided to have a snack and some drinks. Glad we did! Super hip and fun on the inside. Not a ton of options, but that’s okay because the choices of beer & food (that has flair) are great. There is plenty of room with a deck and picnic tables outside, main floor seating and an upstairs. Can’t imagine this place ever gets packed or there is a wait. No table service, you order at the register and they get it to you. Seems they have live entertainment sometimes and other themed trivia+ nights. Stop by and check it out. Friendly faces & low key vibe all around.
