The lobby is always closed and the drive thru menu is busted out so you can’t see the combos. The ONLY TWO hygienically challenged “employees” currently “at work” were both sitting in one employee’s vehicle smoking, so there wasn’t even anyone to take/make orders anyways. And rather than jump out to help, the male employee sitting in the car’s passenger seat immediately shut his door to continue smoking uninterrupted.

So this BK has somewhat redeemed itself. It’s still full of flies, the bathrooms are never clean, and the play area seems to be shut down. On the flip side their food is still good and I’m glad they came out with wraps now. I can make somewhat of a conscious healthy decision instead of destroying my intestines. The main part about ordering BK on the app is that you get a free up size on your drink and the employees here have appeared to have improved. They are friendly and listen now. Gained their 3 stars back instead of two. If the place was cleaner and less run down, paint a few walls, pressure wash the parking lot, clean a few windows, replace the sign, that would be an easy 4 stars. The place looks pretty run down.

Typical BK. The exterior is run down and needs some TLC. I just went through the drive through. I got my order correct and quick but the tater tots were cold. The bacon egg croissant was ok. I tried stopping by the following day for dinner and waited at the drive through for a while. No response through the intercom, so I took off. It wasn’t that late yet maybe 6pm.

I will NOT return to this Burger King. As a regular customer, I was greatly disappointed this afternoon. Forced to use the drive-thru because tgd lobby was closed, I was told I was not able to use 2 coupons in an order. I was then told I could not make 2 separate orders nor could come in to the lobby to place a 2nd order since the lobby was closed. I questioned this as I have always used 2 coupons in the same order. The rude employee informed me this was the regular practice and she was the general manager.

This is a great Burger King location. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and our food was hot and fresh. There was a little bit of a wait due to the long drive thru line, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this Burger King location.

Woman at drive thru was rude and acted like we we’re an inconvenience by placing an order. Even when we pulled up to the window she was giving my brother and I dirty looks. My whopper was disgusting to say the least…old lettuce, enough mayo and mustard for three sandwiches. The burger was so bad that by the time we got home I was sick to my stomach. Very disappointed with the drive thru staff and cook who prepared the food.

I don’t think there’s real onion in the onion rings. They taste awful after they’re cold. But that might just be in general who knows. The service was great the food was good this time. Tasted fresh. And the young lady at the window had such a wonderful smile and greeting.

Typical Burger King, the food was prepared quickly and fresh on this visit. There are times when the wait period in the Drive-Thru can be quite excessive as I think they struggle to have enough employees to function efficiently,but that’s a lack of personnel and not a reflection of their performance.
