My son and I went to Taco Bell for dinner last night, of course we went through the drive through and what should have been a fast order and go was not! There credit card reader went down and so we sat there at the window for almost 15 minutes waiting with a word from the manager. The young employee was a lot more communicative however when we finally received our card back and our food mind you by now our food was on the colder side of things I passed my son his burritos and I took a bite of what was labeled 5 layer but was not turned out to be a bean burrito. After checking the rest of the order for my burrito, I decided to just eat the been burrito since they gave us three bean burritos in stead of two and a five layer.

I picked up an order for a few Build-Your-Own Boxes” and the orders did not come in boxes. Everything came in one back and it was hard to tell everyone’s order apart. I bit into my sister’s taco not knowing she ordered one with beans instead of beef. This location should make sure to help identify separate meals and use those boxes.

The last three times I walked in they said I had to use the kiosk. I’m not a Taco Bell employee. I have my own job. I want to walk into a restaurant, order my food from the counter, sit down and eat it. If this restaurant is going full “Kiosk ONLY” I will no longer eat here.

Got there at 830am this morning, 2 people working in there… I order, and waited too long and still nothing , nobody else in there. The order kiosks are worthless if the employees are not paying attention. Like I said no other customers were in there and the drive thru was dead. If it was busy I’d understand. Not coming back to this location.

Came to taco bell to grab some quick food for my dad and I. We both got the #6 beef chalupas, and unfortunately the chalupas were old and hard. It wasn’t edible sadly. The customer service was great and the girl taking my order was super friendly. Really disappointed in the food, had to throw away the chalupas.

Drive thru line is slow. The worker was yelling at the Wendy’s workers from the drive thru window. The girl at the window was more worried about the boys from Wendy’s than she was worried about my order and she forgot to give me my drink. I was too irritated to even go back to get it. I got a quesadilla and it was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted.

Initial order was messed up by two items out of 5. Lunch time so no time for a return same day. She credited me for meal in full because of mistake with receipt for next day. Thank you. So my sister decides to eat Taco Bell my daughter and I decided to grab something else but my sister grab the nachos supreme and when we got home she was eating them then notice like it tasted a bit weird she asked us to try but just by smelling the odor knew they weren’t good to eat so couple hours later she starts throwing up the food and has been sick since this happened Thursday aug 3. So please if your food smells or tastes weird don’t eat it!
