Rarely make comments – just glad some people show up to work. But this was about the rudest service we have received in Thomasville. The young lady was pretty much laid over the register, and really made it appear as though we were her greatest inconvenience. We ordered 3 meals and only got 2 drink cups – asked for the 3rd cup and beyond the huge eye roll, the rudeness we received was as if the thought from her was ‘why are you even here?’ My wife did say she hoped her day got better so she could smile. As we left, some 25 minutes after ordering our food to go, this young lady laughinly and sarcastically yelled to us as we walked out the door -‘yall enjoy your food’. The only other statement we heard from her while our food was being prepared and she was on her break was that she would ‘show us’ what rude really is. Thomasville – I have to believe that we can do better. Don’t want any free food coupons or anything like that – we will choose not to eat before we enter this facility again.

Managers is very helpful, great attitude, customer service is wonderful! Will be coming to visit them more often. Oan food was special made order everything was correct, fresh of boiler just as I ask.

Drive thru sucks! You always have to pull down and wait for them to bring your food out. The drive thru person was VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN! How the person behind me gets their food before me? Then I’m told by the drive thru worker that brought the person’s food out to move in a very mean tone! It won’t ever happen again.
