I keep forgetting this Taco Bell is terrible. Tonight they didn’t have… meat. No meat to put on any of their items. Why are they open? Does the owner even make a profit off this location? Is it a tax thing? A money laundering thing? I get that it’s not fun to work at Taco Bell, but the employees truly don’t want to do a single thing. This place should be closed.

I ordered a few tacos and a deal box. Tacos were good but the nacho chips I received were crumbs. I backed up exchange them and was given more crumbs. On top of that, they tasted burned and greasy. Lived over here 4 years and have only been to this location twice. It’ll be a while before I return.

It was 12 am on April 22nd, and I went through the drive through. I spent around 20 minutes in line, and then when finally pulling around, I was told to wait 15 minutes because workers were “making a large Doordash order.” When pulling around again, this time around 12:40, workers didn’t answer at first then told me that the restaurant was closed. This was 20 minutes before they actually were supposed to close. Not very happy.

I went to the Winton Road location today. There was No cars in line. The food was cold. The Customer Service was HORRIBLE. I asked to speak with a Manager. The response I got from her was Extremely TERRIBLE. The Employee at the drive thru refused to give me my receipt. They just need to Close this location down. And or Fire the General Manager. I called to get the Cooperate Number. She gave me the wrong number. When I tried to call back. They wouldn’t answer the telephone.

Found mold in the box with my food. Tried to return it and was told I couldn’t because of covid-19. I said why not no one is going to eat it, I was then told no manager was there and to call later. I was also told that is not mold, you tell me. Update I got in touch with the manager, she stated they have not had Mexican pizza in weeks and does not know how I ordered this. She gave me my money back and took the pizzas once I showed receipt.

I understand being short staffed, but this is ridiculous. This is literally how I received the 5 drinks that I ordered and as you can see all straws are still in the middle of the cup holder no one has drank any. After waiting roughly 20m from order to receiving my food all I wanted to do is get outta there.

By far the WORST Taco Bell in all of Cincinnati. Staff is always rude, impolite, negative in appearance attitude and approach, never see management, seems like Regional just needs “warm bodies” and doesnt care, shows with ho the staff represent as well. Im sure they could use more pay. But the integrity just isnt there. Always a bad visit here, from speaker to window, even if you approach in a positive, upbeat manner as the customer. Smh. Food is just as bad. Cold and never filled or sloppy. Taco Bell already hasnt been the greatest, but how is this location even still open. Even when I come to drive thru, no one (maybe one car MAX) is in the drive thru, as if everyone in the area already knows about this place and try to avoid it. Judging by the previous reviews, it makes sense I see why. And in store management is just above the general staff, so they are in the same boat as far as salary pretty much and the same bs, that means maybe Regional needs to care a little more and step in. I dont see this Taco Bell being here, maybe the building, but atleast not open in the next 3-5 years.

Did an Online order. When I went to pick it up 20 minutes later.I was told to wait another 20 minutes before it was done. When I opened my bag to make sure everything was in there half my order wasn’t. The lady told me they tried to substitute some items,but they didn’t.
