Burrito Bowl was good. Customer service was excellent. I had one guy talk us through the menu, not knowing I’d been to Qdoba Mexican Eats several times. I enjoyed that he took the time & effort to let us know about our options. The establishment was clean and a little busy. The bathrooms were clean. The tables were dirty, but I saw 2-3 people working, so maybe they were short-handed—good Job for excellent customer service.

I used to like, and want to still like, Qdoba. It seems to slowly be loosing quality and care. This location is no different. I come here when I am in town a couple times a year and each time there are fewer people and the restaurant is less clean. The food is still decent, but Chipotle seems to just be fresher. Hopefully Qdoba can turn it around.

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and I never had a an issue of any kind both customer service and food quality (better then Chipotle) but on my last visit the food was still great but the customer service was lacking in how I was served when ordering my bowl. I was charged for double meat but only received 1.5 and after getting home to only find my chips with queso bag was only 20% full and the small bag that comes with the bowl was only half full . The employee shock off the meat on the second scoop. It feels as if the company trained there new employees to save them money with small portions and sneaky tactics. Feeling cheated with extra fees and smaller portions at the cashier and expect me to tip . I would have tipped 10% even for a take out if I got what I paid for.

Always love qdoba! This particular location always seems to move the line quickly. The food is hot and delicious. The staff are always friendly and treat me like a local even though I visit only a few times a year. The place is clean, the food is great and the staff is awesome.

I was going to order a burrito and the girl who was asking me about the ingredients was like in a hurry and seemed mad. I understand that probably they had many orders but when we arrived there were just three groups waiting and she wasn’t respecting the guidelines about being 6 feets apart because she was pushing and continously asking about what more ingredients I wanted. She didn’t even let me read the ingredients and because she continued pushing I made my order wrong because I’m not familiar with the ingredients in this place. The burrito was good but I got disappointed about this experience.
